Together, our team works effectively to shape the culture of dispute resolution and mediation, equipping individuals with the agility to change and cultivate environments that are sustainable and transformative.
Our founder and CEO Craig Arendse established Mediation and Transformation Practice (MTP), which has since evolved into who we are known as today: Resolve and Change Systems (RACS).
Having started as the brainchild of our founder, a determined and passionate dispute resolution specialist, RACS has grown into a collaborative think tank over the past six years. Today, RACS comprises more than 20 staff and collaborators combined, whose expertise in their respective fields are second to none.
We have a wealth of experience in this field as an institution, spanning well over 20 years. Some of our key engagements in this area include:
- Project Management
- Facilitation
- Dispute Systems Design
- Mediation
- Independently chairing engagements between Government and the taxi industry
- Due diligence and risk assessments
- Strategies for empowerment, localisation, and engaged participation
- Capacity-building and training programmes
