About

RACS is a group of highly skilled professionals whose work and academic
experience spans the spectrum of mediation, law, leadership, education, training, management, business coaching, systems thinking and process design.

Our Story

Twenty years ago, our founder and CEO Craig Arendse established Mediation and Transformation Practice (MTP), which has since evolved into who we are known as today: Resolve and Change Systems (RACS).

Having started as the brainchild of our founder, a determined and passionate dispute resolution specialist, RACS has grown into a collaborative think tank over the past six years. Today, RACS comprises more than 20 staff and collaborators combined, whose expertise in their respective fields are second to none. Together, our team works effectively to shape the culture of dispute resolution and mediation, equipping individuals with the agility to change and cultivate environments that are sustainable and transformative.

RACS is impassionedly built and run by a group of transformational change agents. We are critical, collaborative, creative problem-solvers. A think tank for conflict resolution and measured meaningful mediation.
