RACS operates a web-based application platform consisting of set questionnaires users are required to answer regarding a private or organisational conflict in order to access different diagnostic outputs, namely; the type, intensity and possible mechanisms for resolution of that specific conflict.

We will only retrieve personal information directly from you via the user registration and sign-up of the application.
Should we collect/retrieve personal information from alternative sources, we will notify you that we have obtained the information, where we obtained the information from, and the intended use of the information. You have the right to object to us processing this information should you feel that by us processing the information, it may prejudice you in any way.
The information collected is required for user identification, as well as user access to our services. The company’s access to personal information is restricted only to the user’s input and consent and will not be able to utilise our platform otherwise. Personal information will also be used to contact the user for follow-up and consultations if necessary.
We will only use your personal information in order to provide you with a user profile which will allow you to access our services. Should you not wish to provide us with the required information you will not be able to utilize our application.

All our servers where your information is being stored are hosted within South Africa and your information will therefore not leave the borders of the country. In the event that we are required to transfer your information outside of South Africa for any reason, we will ensure that we first obtain your consent and that the country where your information is being transferred to has laws, regulations and/or policies protecting your information which are similar to the privacy laws of South Africa.
